Labor and Birth Doula
From pregnancy to postpartum, my services focus on preparation and education for labor and delivery. I am there for you 24/7.
Postpartum Care
Welcoming home a new baby is hard for both new and experienced families. I will support you with things like light housework to newborn care and even emotional support.
Childbirth Education
Lactation Support
Includes offering guidance on proper latch techniques, breastfeeding positions, and addressing common challenges to help you feel confident in your breastfeeding journey.
Sibling doula care supports older children during the birth process by helping them feel included, calm, and comfortable with the transition.
Childbirth education classes provide expectant parents with essential knowledge about labor, delivery, and newborn care, helping them feel empowered, informed, and confident as they prepare for the birth of their baby.

Basic Package
Includes 1 prenatal appointment, full support during labor and delivery, and 1 postpartum appointment. On-call start at 37 weeks and 24/7 phone and email support.
Premium Package
Includes 2 prenatal appointments, full support during labor and delivery, and 2 postpartum appointments. On call starting at 37 weeks and 24/7 phone support. Includes a full childbirth education course.

Postpartum Healing Package
Includes birth plan creation and full support during labor and delivery. On call starting at 37 weeks and 24/7 phone support.
Full hands-on childbirth education class in your home or our office space. 8 hours worth of full spectrum birth and postpartum education including basics of lactation and what to expect for the baby's first month. (Group and individual classes available)
The 4th trimester is REAL and can hit new parents unexpectedly. With this package you receive in-home care and support including sibling care, light housework, newborn feeding support, and emotional healing support. Whatever you need, I am here for you.
