Meet Your Doula

Hello, I’m Briana—a devoted wife, proud mom of three amazing boys, and a passionate doula who believes in the incredible power of birth. I’ve been happily married for five years, and through my own experiences as a mother, I’ve come to understand just how crucial support, encouragement, and trust are during such a life-changing journey.

As a Christian, I have deep faith in God’s perfect plan, and I bring that faith into every aspect of my doula practice. I truly believe that every birthing person deserves to feel empowered, safe, and supported. My mission as your doula is to help you experience birth in the way you envision, whether that’s through a natural birth, a medicated birth, or a cesarean. I’m here to support you with unwavering love, compassion, and respect for your choices.

In addition to continuous birth support, I offer childbirth education, lactation support, and 24/7 support for my clients. I’m committed to walking with you every step of the way—before, during, and after birth. Whether you need help preparing for your birth experience, navigating the challenges of breastfeeding, or simply need someone to talk to in the middle of the night, I’m here for you around the clock.

I’m trained in a variety of techniques to help ease pain, reduce stress, and encourage comfort, including breathing exercises, massage, positioning, and relaxation. But beyond physical support, I’m here to ensure your voice is always heard. I will stand beside you and your family, advocating for your wishes and helping you make informed decisions with confidence.

Outside of birth work, I’m an avid reader, writer, and lover of all things nerdy! From theater to fantasy novels, I’m always seeking new ways to embrace creativity. I cherish time spent outdoors, as I believe the beauty of nature has a way of grounding and recharging us.
